It’s not Christmas Day that the boys of Youth-Reach look forward to, but the days after Christmas. On the 26th of December, Curt and Judah took the Stage One residents shopping with the gift cards they received for Christmas, and on the 27th they took the Stage Two guys shopping.
Our goal at Christmas is to provide an experience that is so beautiful and unique that one day when these boys are fathers, they will share with their kids the great memories of holidays spent at Youth-Reach.

A few weeks ago at our annual Open House there was a comment that we heard over and over again. It varied slightly, but it ran something like this: “We never really knew about Youth-Reach until we came out here,” or “I had a preconceived notion of what Youth-Reach was like, but now that I have been here, I see that it is so much more.”
On August 26th, the boys of Youth-Reach Houston streamed back into the Dr. Charles E. Cowles, Jr. Education Center here on our campus for the first full day of the 2022-2023 school year.
The young men that come into Youth-Reach Houston often come from broken homes where outings and recreation are rare. For this reason, we delight in getting our boys off campus to experience outings as often as possible. For Spring Break this year, staff took our boys to something fun each day of the week!
