Youth-Reach Offers a Fresh Chance for Troubled Boys.

At Youth-Reach Houston (YRH), our 24/7 residential ministry operations are designed to provide  a safe, structured environment for troubled boys to grow into strong men of God.

All of our staff live on-site to create a unique Christian community that can effectively “do life” with these young men.

Working at Youth-Reach is a calling that the Lord must prepare you for.

Living amongst these young men day-in and day-out requires a level of spiritual preparation that will give you the grace you need to love, mentor and care for these troubled, at-risk boys.

We have been in uninterrupted operations for more than 30 years without ever having a single allegation of misbehavior.

Staff Requirements

All staff members must be 21 years or older and mature believers with teachable hearts. You must have a passion and calling for the work of Youth-Reach. A driver’s license, clean driving record and successful passing of a background check are also requirements. Required position training is provided.
