Advancing Our Mission & Vision
Youth-Reach Houston (YRH) is governed by an informed and active volunteer board of directors made up of recognized leaders across various areas of expertise. They provide critical oversight as well as financial accountability and contribute significant amounts of time, talent and energy to achieving the mission and vision of our organization. Our mission is to develop character, responsibility and a strong work ethic; heal past wounds; and restore the families of at-risk young men ages 12-17.
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
As Founder and Executive Director, Curt Williams splits his time between Youth-Reach Houston and Youth-Reach Gulf Coast located in Summerdale, Alabama. He still carries the same passion for troubled kids that drove him back to the streets in 1984.

After graduation from Houston Baptist University with dual degrees in Humanities and Mass Media in 1992, Scott joined the US Customs and Border Patrol and now serves as a Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security.

Joining the Houston Police Department in 1992, Larry Baimbridge is now a Captain on our hometown police force. Larry graduated with a BA in History from Baylor University and earned his Master’s degree from the University of Houston.

Larry graduated from Texas A&M in 1989 with a BS in Economics and served with British Petroleum in Moscow for many years. He is now the CEO of Nobel Upstream here in Houston, and still travels often to the Baltic states.

A native of nearby Galena Park, Irvin serves as an Assistant Pastor at Inspire Church. Irvin is a gifted connector of people and resources, and has led city-wide efforts to meet critical needs after our extended area’s natural disasters.

He is the Managing Director for Enable Resource Group in Houston and has been a supporter of Youth-Reach for many years. He is a graduate of Houston Baptist University where he earned BA degrees in Christianity and Communications and a Master’s degree in Theological Studies.
