For several years now, Youth-Reach Houston has been operating short-staffed. This means that those who do serve here carry more weight, are present in the homes more hours, and sacrifice time with their families so that the work of the ministry can continue.
Many ministries and programs focus on specific areas of need in young people. Here at Youth-Reach, our mission is to care for the whole person.
With the guidance of both the board of Youth-Reach Houston and the board of Youth-Reach Gulf Coast, we have been progressing through a 10-year succession plan since 2020.
