This is a weekend 40 years in the making! On November 9th, our friend Cory Asbury is coming to Houston to help us celebrate the anniversary of Youth-Reach.
Youth-Reach is soon to turn 40 years old! Make plans to join us in November to celebrate all the Lord has done for us and all we know He will do in the years to come.
The 2024 edition of our Youth-Reach Houston Restoration Ride was a wonderful success. The rain held off, and the sun peeked out a few times on the riders who gathered at the San Jacinto Monument for the ride to our campus.
Please mark your calendars as our Second Annual Restoration Ride will be held Saturday, April 27th. We will be sharing more information soon!
"They just keep coming…." That was my recurring thought on the warm morning of May 6th while standing beside the towering monolith of the San Jacinto Monument in east Houston...
We are looking forward to another exciting Restoration Ride to benefit our 24/7 residential ministry. If you ride a motorcycle, we hope you will join us on May 6 for this annual fundraising event.
A few weeks ago at our annual Open House there was a comment that we heard over and over again. It varied slightly, but it ran something like this: “We never really knew about Youth-Reach until we came out here,” or “I had a preconceived notion of what Youth-Reach was like, but now that I have been here, I see that it is so much more.”
Please make plans to join us on October 15th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. (or whenever) here at 8113 Reservoir, just off Beltway 8 on the east side of Houston. You will meet our staff, our “sons," and the board members who help guide and provide oversight for our work.
On May 14, many of the boys of Youth-Reach Houston once again participated in the Northshore Rotary Crawfish Boil & Catfish Fry, helping with the catfish breading process. It is also likely that they ate their weight in catfish and crawfish.
